Healthcare Acquisition Activity-North intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order to Medtronics USA INC. for a Medtronic Cryoconsole Cardiac Cryoablation System to be deliver FOB Destination to David Grant USAF Med Ctr, Travis AFB, CA, on a sole source basis in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source to provide the Medtronic Cryoconsole Cardiac Cryoablation System.
