Justification for Other than Full and Open CompetitionDepartment of Veterans Affairs Medical Center The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Columbia SC intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, with Fresenius USA to provide four (4) Fresenius 2008K system with bicarb, SMS option, Saline drain buckets, Internal Blood Pressure Module and 10 cc heparin pump with online clearance for the VAMC Birmingham. This notice of intent is not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
