This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Northern Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for Brand Name Or Equal Gaumard, Noelle Birthing Simulator with newborn HAL. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures.

This requirement is being competed on an unrestricted basis under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code, 339114, with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
