NOTICE OF INTENT The New Mexico VA Health Care System, Albuquerque, NM intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE consignment agreement (base + 2 option years); under authority of FAR 6.302-1, with WL Gore, 1500 N. 4th Street, Flagstaff, AZ, 86004-2400 for the procurement of Endovascular catheters and excluders (various sizes) for their GORE EXCLUDER AAA Endoprosthesis These supplies will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. Sole source determination is made in accordance with FAR Part 13.501 See attached Justification & Approval for details This is not a request for quotes and a solicitation package will not be issued. Sources interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide the above mentioned requirement as specified. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contractual action based upon responses received is solely within the discretion of the government.
