This is only a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to W. L. GORE & ASSOCIATES, INC. for the attached item listing (Gore Viabahn Endoprosthesis stent system & components) for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Brand name only. MFR: W. L. Gore & Associates. Must include shipping/handling. The stent system is extremely simple to use and requires minimal training, extremely accurate and reliable, can be deployed through any of our current access systems and very versatile.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339113.
