The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for Dental Instruments for the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Please see attached RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-1046 for requirements. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications.
