Sole-Source BOS Announcement VA-261-07-RQ-0042 Classification: 65- Medical Equipment and Supplies NAICS: 339112 Pursuant to the authority cited in FAR Part 6.302-1 (a) and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) the Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (VISN 21) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase with Gyrus Enterprises LLC for Diego Medical Equipment and related accessories for the VA Northern California Health care System. This requirement is for medical equipment and accessories that reduce surgical bleeding.The Government has determined that this is the only responsible source and no other equipment and/or accessories will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package will be made available.
