Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Business Center, Logistics Office, VISN 22 Long Beach California, intends to negotiate a sole source consignment agreement contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, with ATS Medical Inc., for various sizes and types of Cardiac Valves for the treatment of cardiovascular disease for VA San Diego Healthcare System. ATS Medical Inc is to provide the following sizes and types: 16MM AORTIC AP VALVES, 18MM AP AORTIC VALVES, 20MM AP AORTIC VALVES, 22MM AP AORTIC VALVES, 24MM AP AORTIC VALVES, 26MM AP AORTIC VALVES, 19MM AORTIC VALVES, 21MM AORTIC VALVES, 23MM AORTIC VALVES, 25MM AORTIC VALVES, 27MM AORTIC VALVES, 29MM AORTIC VALVES, 21MM AORTIC VALVE WITH 24MM GRAFT ATTACHED, 23MM AORTIC VALVE WITH 26MM GRAFT ATTACHED, 25MM AORTIC VALVE WITH 28MM GRAFT ATTACHED, 27MM AORTIC VALVE WITH 30MM GRAFT ATTACHED, 29MM AORTIC VALVE WITH 32MM GRAFT ATTACHED, 24MM AP MITRAL VALVES, 26MM AP MITRAL VALVES, 27MM MITRAL VALVE, 29MM MITRAL VALVES, 31MM MITRAL VALVES, and 33MM MITRAL VALVES. The applicable NAICS code for this solicitation is 339113 with a size standard of 500 employees. The intended contract will be for a period of twelve months from the time of award, with four one-year options to renew. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
