This is only a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to BOSTON SCIENTIFIC for the attached item listing for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Brand name only. MFR: Boston Scientific. Must include shipping/handling. The item(s) is/are exclusive to Boston Scientific which is the sole source.

Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339112.
