The John D Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI 48201 intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with O.R. Solutions, 3901 Centerview Drive, Suite L, Chantilly, VA 20151. The proposed contract action is for the purchase of a Hush-Slush machine used to freeze saline. Notice was posted in GSA e-buy and there were no responses. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
