[email protected]. mil This Federal Business Opportunity announcement is a notice that TRICARE Regions 3 & 4 which include all DoD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of sta ndardizing incentive spirometers as listed in the subject line above. These include: adult and pediatric sizes of progress-oriented pulmonary volume exercisers. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAâs) with the Defense Supply C enter Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, must provide clinical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide companyâs return policy, must provide companyâs distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3 & 4, and must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must be latex-free, user (patient) friendly, durable, must have easy to read volume / markings, must come in adult sizes of 4,000 to 5,000 ml., and pediatric sizes of up to 2,500 ml. Respondents must address all criteria listed above.
