The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, or service disabled veteran owned small business) relative to NAICS 339113. Size standard 500 employees The Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources for a potential contract for Medical and Surgical Supplies for Infuse Bone Graft kit small, medium and large. This infuse bone graft is needed for direct patient care. The intended order is for 30 days. Response to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, size of business, socio-economical category, and a brief summary of how your company meets the needs of the government. Responses to this notice shall be via e-mail response to [email protected]. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 1:00 P.M. PST 3/20/2014.
