INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina, intends to enter into a sole-source procurement with TrillaMed LLC,30100 Telegraph Road, Bingham Farms, MI 48025-4514. The equipment being procured is: Carefusion Somnostar® Diagnostic Sleep System, model 28483-001 with related support supplies. NAICS code 334510 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
