The government has determined that only one manufacturer can satisfy the agency's requirement and intends to negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the government's requirements may give written notice through e:mail to Contract Specialist, Leanne Daniels, [email protected], by May 20, 2008, 2:00PM DST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate ability to provide the above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government. If no responses are received the VA Boston Healthcare System will precede to sole source this requirement to St Jude Medical.
