Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Contracting intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with McKesson Plasma and Biologics, LLC., to purchase 30 vials and 20 vials of intravenous immunoglobin (IVIG)- Gammunex-C, 20 gm and 10 gm, respectively, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2. The NAICS code for this procurement is 424210 with a business size of 100 employees. This requirement will be fulfilled on a sole-source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-2, unusual and compelling urgency. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. A determination not to compete this proposal contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304.
