This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price requirement type contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. Solicitation number W81K00-15-T-0455 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82 current as of 19 June 2015.

This acquisition will be competed as a full and open procurement, under size standard 500 and NAICS code 334510. The Government anticipates awarding a single award service contract for the maintenance and services for the DynaCAD 2 system be advised that the DynaCAD 2 Diagnostic Workstation is in place at Fort Benning, GA 31905. All responsible offers may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
