The items being purchased are one (1) INVOS 5100C Cerebral/Somatic Oximeter System which includes a Cerebral/Somatic Oximeter, Model 5100C, Preamplifier with Cable, Channel 1 & 2, Model 5100C-PA; Reusable Sensor Cable, Channel 1, Model RSC-1; Reusable Sensor Cable, Channel 2, Model RSC-2; USB Flash Drive, Model 5100C-USB; Power Cord; NAICS 339112 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
