Blue-light Cystoscopy with Cysview is the new standard of care for patients with Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer (NMIBC). Recommended method of diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer according to current AUA guidelines. Blue-light cystoscopy with Cysview is an advanced approach to detecting bladder cancer in which Cysview is instilled in the patient and used as an optical imaging agent indicated for use in the cystoscopic detection of non-muscle invasive papillary cancer of the bladder. Cysview with the D-Light C Photodynamic (PDD) system to perform cystoscopy and bladder resections under blue-light as an adjunct to the white light setting. PDD Pendulum Camera Heads, Fluid Light Cables, and PDD Scopes must be used for the Blue-Light Cystoscopy and proper evaluation of bladder cancer to exist. Other cameras, light cables, or scopes will take away the ability to assess the patient s bladder under blue-light and properly diagnose cancer lesions that are unable to be seen under standard white light, making the medically enhancing technology useless.
