This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number VA246-17-Q-0724_1 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 2005-95 effective 01 January 2017. This requirement is unrestricted and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 334510 with a Size Standard of 1250 employees. The CLINS associated with this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are contained within the attached SF1449. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Small Business set aside and all eligible offerors may submit quotes. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov and Vetbiz (SDVOSB ) to be considered for an award of a federal contract. The record must be complete and not missing elements such as representations and certifications. For extended descriptions, characteristics, and minimum needs, please refer to the attached. The anticipated delivery date is to be proposed and location is identified within the attached SF1449. The FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
