The Philadelphia VA Medical Center located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has a future BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for a high definition magnification device. The Brand Name item provided for reference is the QA Magnispect. The salient features required for an equivalent product are as follows:

Flexible 22 screen for use in sitting or standing position

Movable x/y table
No IT connection required
Standalone unit that plugs into wall outlet
