The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC), Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda Maryland, on behalf of the Transfusion Services Dept, intends to award a a sole source procurement to Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics for Maintenance on Ortho Provue. The proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) NAICS 325413.
