This announcement consititutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DADA16-01-T-0037, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-21. Requirement is for a MALIS CMC-III Bipolar cutting and bipolar coagulation system and Synergy Malis Precision Bipolar Coagulator and Rhoton Bipolar Forceps. This solicitation will be evaluated based on experience/technical capability, past experience/per formance and price. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 95); 52.212-3 REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS; ETC, which must also be completed and submitted along with the proposal.
