The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item procurement with Maquet Getinge Group. The Asheville Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a need for the items listed below. This proposed contract is for Hemashield Woven Heart Grafts for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302.
