This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number, VA261-14-Q-1256 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-76 effective July 25, 2014 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) current to January 7, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a price quote. All price quotes received prior to 09/01/2014 will be considered by the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 337127, size standard 500.
