The U.S. Naval Hospital Guam is soliciting a firm fixed price supply type contract for the supply of medical laboratory test reagents and various other lab supplies. This acquisition will be procured on a sole source basis per FAR 6.302 to the following manufacturer(s): INST. LAB. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that shall be considered by NAVHOSPGQ. This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5. Multiple delivery schedules are required per line item. There are various perishable, refrigerated, and shelf life requirements for some/all line items. Door-to-door shipping direct to Naval Hospital Guam (FOB Destination) or delivery to Tracy, Ca. 95376 (FOB Destination), is required and the schedule is specified in the delivery schedule of the solicitation.
