INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Network Contracting Office, for the Salisbury VA Medical Center intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Surgical Tools, Inc. for the purchase of Medivators Endoscope Reprocessors for the VA Winston-Salem facility. The equipment is on Surgical Tool's FSS contract V797P-4353B. NAICS code 334510 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is being posted in compliance with FAR 8.405 and Far 5.301. This notice is not a request for quotations and no solicitation will be made available.
