INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Central Acquisition Service, Asheville VA Medical Center, intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Medtronic for the purchase of a Pacemaker- Model D274TRK and associated leads. NAICS code 339113 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
