The NAICS Number is 339112. Vertos Medical has the sole proprietary rights of the MILD Device Kit. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties who believe they can meet these needs must furnish sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement no later than 11:00 a.m. (PST), 09/26/2012. All Information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future purchase of the kit.
