The NAICS Number is 339112. Vertos has the sole legal rights to sale this in the United States. This is the only source for this medical device that can decompress the lumbar spine without undergoing surgery. Vertos Medical, Inc. was the developer of the MILD procedure. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties that believe they can meet these needs must furnish sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement no later than 12:00 09/30/2011. All Information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future purchases.
