This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Advanced Arm Dynamics for various prostheses to include Sensor hands, Flexion wrist, TAD N-abler prosthetic design, fabrication, fittings and changes for ten patients ove r the course of the patients rehabilitative therapy. This is set aside for small business. This action also encompasses therapy and reassessment at various intervals of the prosthetic fittings. Billings will be at Medicare allowable L codes for Washing ton, D.C. These are various components for prosthetic arms and joints for traumatic amputees and blast victims. These devices a designed for specific patients using computer modeling and the professional services of a certified prosthetist. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-05-T-0128.
