This is a notice of the Governments intent to award sole source (Note 22) to Advance Arm Dynamics for initial design, fabrication, fittings and changes to myoelectric prostheses over the course of the patients rehabilitative therapy. This is set a side for small business. This action also encompasses therapy and reassessment at various intervals of the prosthetic fittings. These are various components for prosthetic arms, legs, and joints for traumatic amputees and blast victims. These devices a de signed for specific patients using of computer modeling and the professional services of a certified prosthetist. Healthcare provider continuity of care is a requirement. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgi a Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307, contract number W91YTZ-05-P-0799.
