Health Care Acquisition Activity - North intends to award a sole source contract Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), to American Medical Depot, 4380 NW 135th Street, Miami, FL 33054, for the purchase of 8 each Stryker Zoom Stretchers; 8 each Chaperone Stretcher Exit; 8 each Dual End SideRail Release; 8 each Foot End Nursing Controls; 8 each 30" Transfer Boards; 8 each Integrated Pump Racks; 8 each 2 Stage Permanent Fold IV Pole Head RT; and 8 each 5"X30" Pioneer Surfaces.
This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
