INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Noldus Information Technology, Inc.; 1503 Edwards Ferry Rd NE; Leesburg, VA, 20176. The procurement is for the continued clinical research of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The Government shall only accept the Noldus Ethovision XT Base System as this is a brand name only acquisition. NAICS code 334516 applies to this procurement with a size standard of 1000 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies with incidental services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by Noldus Information Technology, Inc. to provide and install the above equipment and software and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
