Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to General Electric Company in the amount of $36,511.80 to purchase the LOGIQ e BT11 Compact Digital Ultrasound Console located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Console will interface with existing Government Owned Equipment already at that location, plus purchase of parts and maintenance will use existing awards making this a best value for the Government. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
