Notice of Intent for Sole Source for an Rhinolarynngoscope and Rhino-Laryngofiberscope
Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Gyrus ACMI, L.P. in the amount of $36,439.26 to purchase two each, part number ENF-XP, Rhinolarynngoscopes, and four each, part number ENF-P4, Rhino-Laryngofiberscopes, located at Bassett Army Community Hospital, Ft Wainwright, AK. The Rhinolarynngoscope and Rhino-Laryngofiberscope must be completely compatible with exsisting Welch Allyn equipment currently located at Bassett Army Community Hospital.
This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications within three (3) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
