MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a firm fixed price order under FAR Part 6.302-1 to THD America, Inc. in the estimated amount of $26,810.00 to purchase Hemorrhoid Sterile Kits. THD America, Inc. has proprietary rights on all hardware and software, which are FDA approved and compatible with the government owned Transanal Hemorrhoidal Device currently used at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Ft Bliss, TX. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1.
This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
