The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to negotiate on a sole source basis (IAW FAR 6.302-1) with Management and Technology Solutions, Inc., 124 East Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046; America Purchasing Services, Inc., 4380 NW 135TH Street, Opa Locka, FL 33054 and TQM Inc dba Two Rivers Medical, 3088 Elm Pt Industrial Drive, Saint Charles, MO, 63301 as the only responsible sources that can provide consumables for the existing Ship IDIQ contracts N62645-11-D-5032, N62645-11-D-5033, N62645-11-D-5034. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
