The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, intends to negotiate with LACO Inc., 8596 Mayfield Road, P.O. Box 666, Chesterland, OH 44026 on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 for an Octavius Phantom - IMRT QA Set with RADPIDARC TOMOTHERAPY & IMAT &VMAT. LACO provides the QA format that is needed for Tomotherapy. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than September 29, 2008 by 2:00 PM. Responses should be sent to [email protected]. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
