INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Alliant Enterprises, LLC; 333 Bridge Street NW, Suite 1125; Grand Rapids, MI, 49504-5367. The procurement is for 18 additional Olympus America Inc. Brand Flexible Video HD Rhino laryngoscopes to interface with its existing Infrastructure. The Government shall only accept the Olympus Brand Flexible Video HD Rhino laryngoscopes as this is a brand name only acquisition. NAICS code 334510 applies to this procurement with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 and VAAR 819.7007. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by Olympus America Inc. to provide and install the above equipment and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations.
