The Bronx VAMC intends to negotiate a sole source award with OLYMPUS AMERICA INC. for the provision of a PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ALL OLYMPUS ENDOSCOPES WITHIN VA NORTHPORT. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements, NAICS code is 541990 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The place of performance is the VA NORTHPORT MEDICAL CENTER. The ensuing agreement will cover acquisition and setup during the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2004.
