The proposed contract action is for a OmniLog PM Mamalian Phenotype Microarray Instrument for the VA Medical Center Minneapolis, MN 55417. This equipment must meet the minimum requirements as described in Section (vi). (ii) The solicitation number is VA-263-11-RQ-0141 and is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ).
