The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Acquisition Center is seeking potential sources of supply to provide the pharmaceutical products listed on the attached list. The products currently are not on the Federal Supply Schedule program nor on any national contracts awarded by the NAC. The Government will review any and all package sizes. Bulk is preferable. Please submit whatever sizes you have available. The products are to support the seven VA Consolidated Mail Out Patient Pharmacies (CMOPs) facilities in Hines, IL., Tucson, AZ., Leavenworth, KS., Lancaster, TX., Chelmsford, MA., Murfreesboro, TN., and No. Charleston, SC. Interested sources are asked to provide on the attached sheet information on whether the potential source is a manufacturer, distributor or repackager, business size, product country of origin, and estimated monthly sales currently. Additionally, interested sources are asked to indicate on the products of interest, whether the products are FDA approved.
