COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION VA246-16-Q-0314 (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85. (V) The Network Contracting Office 6-SAO East intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Optical Equipment for the Kernersville HCC, a remote clinic of the Salisbury VA Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave, Salisbury, NC 28144. (VI) The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333314 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This procurement is unrestricted and all eligible offerors may submit quotes.
