The Denver Distribution Center will issue RFP 791-05-05 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements for Orthotic Softgoods, such as flexible lumbosacral supports, knee orthosis, ankle gauntlet, wrist hand orthosis, pneumatic walking splints and wrist supports. The quantities vary per line item and will be noted in the solicitation package. The contract period will be for one year plus four (4) one-year option periods. If offeror is not a manufacturer, a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period including option years. Offers will be due by 4:00 pm Mountain Standard Time on April 12, 2005, unless specified different in solicitation package. Applicable NAICS code is 339113.
