The Network Business Center, Veterans Affairs intends to procure, on = an other than full and open competition basis to the following: Baxter Healthcare Corporation, 1620 Waukegan Road, McGaw Park, IL 60085-6730.=20 This is a requirement contract on a sole source basis to provide and deliver to Veteran Affairs patients=92 home peritoneal dialysis and hemo dialysis supplies for treatment with compatible equipment. The base period of the contract will be from 22 February 2003 through 21 February 2004. The contract will include four one-year option periods through February 21, 2008.
