The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The proposed sole source is Stryker Corporation for an annual maintenance and repair for the following Stryker items listed below. Stryker Corporation is the original equipment manufacturer of the equipment and due to the proprietary nature, Stryker Corporation is the only known source capable of conducting preventative maintenance and repair service.
