PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), on behalf of and as an agent of the Division of Strategic National Stockpile (DSNS) for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), intends to award a requirements type contract under solicitation RFP 797-DSNS-0907 to Baxter Healthcare on a Sole Source basis for PRALIDOXIME CL 1GM/20ML (NDC 60977-0141-01) in accordance with FAR 6.302. The resultant contract will provide a continuation/sustainment of product in response to a national emergency as the result of natural and/or manmade disasters.
