The Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Distribution Center intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and using Title 38 USC Section 8123 with Starkey Incorporated, 6700 Washington Avenue, South, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 for the Coselgi Bone Conduction Eyeglass Hearing Aid. The contract period will be from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005 with four one year options. Contract will be a firm-fixed price contract using negotiated procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
