The Caribbean Healthcare System owns two (2) Gambro Prisma CRRT machine. 2. As per received letter, manufacturer support (technical and disposables) for this model ended on March 2013 after which CRRT dialysis modality will not be available. 3. New CRRT equipment will be required to replace the two currently in use. 4. No additional space is needed as the replacement equipment will use the space already assigned to the previous models. 5. The equipment that replaces the Gambro Prisma is Gambro Prismaflex and the company that sells it needs to be able to provide local service in Puerto Rico.
