This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures IAW FAR 13.  The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 339113.   This award will not be set-aside.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  The intent of this notice is to provide acquisition information and enhance competition by identifying future contracting opportunities.  Parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product.  All capability statements received by closing of this notification of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  Information received will be forwarded to the Clinical Product Review Committee for possible inclusion in future procurements. ***This is not a solicitation for receipt of bids, this is a notice of award***
